Sunclick strives to deliver high-quality, personalized writing and translation services. Due to the nature of our work, which is tailored and document-based, our refund policy is outlined below:
- Non-Refundable Services
All services provided by Sunclick are customized and digital in nature. Therefore, once the service has begun or the first draft has been delivered, the payment is non-refundable.
This includes:
- EB1A or EB2 NIW cover letters
- Professional and business plans
- Certified translations
- Revisions (unless explicitly included in a service package)
- Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be granted if:
- The client cancels the request before any work has started, and within 24 hours of payment.
- There is a technical error on our end that prevents service delivery, and the work has not started.
To request a refund under eligible conditions, please email us at info@sunclickusa.com with your full name, the service purchased, and the reason for the refund.
- Service Revisions
If you’re not fully satisfied with the delivered document, you may request up to two free revisions within 7 days of delivery. Beyond this, additional edits may incur a fee.
